To obtain a structure of a heat exchanger having a core 15a obtained by connecting by integrally brazing a constituting member and obtained by connecting a fluid dispersing member 19a having a dispersing channel at its inside to the core 15a by welding at a low cost.
The heat exchanger comprises an inlet tank provided at an upper part of the core 15a in a superposing direction of heat transfer tube elements 13, 13. The exchanger further comprises a distal half part and an intermediate part of the fluid dispersing member 19a inserted into the tank. The exchanger also comprises one side plate 34a of a pair of side plates 34a and 34b provided at one end side of the core 15a with respect to the superposing direction of the elements 13, 13. In this case, a part of the one side plate 34a exposed at an exterior from one side surface of the plate 34a is connected by welding to the part of the one side surface of the one side plate 34a.
