To provide a heat exchanger capable of reducing temperature rise in a casing of the heat exchanger to enhance durability, and capable of making heat efficiency excellent.
A large number of heat collection fins 14 are arranged in parallel with each other along a flowing direction of combustion gas in the casing 12 with the combustion gas of a gas burner flowing in its inside, and arranged with heat exchanger tubes 16 having a heated fluid flowing in its inside to penetrate the heat collection fins 14, is provided with a straightening member 18 on a surface of the heat collection fin 14 from an inward and flowing-directional upstream side toward a downstream in a portion in the vicinity of an inner wall face of the casing 12. The straightening member 18 may be constituted of, for example, a cut-erected piece bent by cutting up the heat collection fin 14 locally.
