An inlet pipe 7 for allowing the refrigerant R to flow into the lower header pipe 2 is disposed between a certain pair of flat tubes 4 positioned separately from an outlet pipe 8 for allowing the refrigerant from the upper header pipe 3 to flow out, among the plurality of flat tubes 4, and connected with the lower header pipe 2 from the direction upper than the horizontal.
