An outer cylinder 11 and an inner cylinder 12 are arranged concentrically in a radius direction at an interval. A low-temperature gas passage L is formed between the outer cylinder 11 and inner cylinder 12. A high-temperature gas passage H is formed in the inner cylinder 12. The inner cylinder 12 is composed of a metal outer cover 21 and an inner wall 22 of a refractory material that coats the inner face of the metal outer cover 21. An anchor 31 is buried in the inner wall 22. The anchor 31 has an outer end part 41 supported by an outer cover inner face so that thermal expansion of the outer cover allows free deformation of an outer cover radial direction to occur.
