Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger capable of temporarily fixing three tank components configuring a header tank, comparatively easily.SOLUTION: Header tanks 2, 3 of an evaporator applying a heat exchanger, include first tank component members 20 having outer vertical wall portions 39, second tank component members 21 having inner vertical wall portions 41, and third tank component members 22 having intermediate vertical wall portions 42. Penetrating portions 44 are formed on parts projecting outward with respect to closing plates 26, of the inner vertical wall portions 41. The penetrating portions 44 are at least partially projected to a longitudinal outer side of a heat exchange tube 14 with respect to the intermediate vertical wall portions 42. Projection pieces 45 projecting to a longitudinal outer side of the heat exchange tube 14 with respect to tips of the intermediate vertical wall portions 42, and bent to the inner vertical wall portions 41 to be partially fitted to the penetrating portions 44, are disposed on the part projecting to the outer side with respect to the closing plates 26 of the outer vertical wall portions 39.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
