Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger which enables improvement of rigidity of an end plate and improvement of the assemblability.SOLUTION: A heat exchanger includes: an inlet side tank 3 into which a heat medium is inserted from a first external pipeline; an outlet side tank from which the heat medium is sent to a second external pipeline; a heat transfer pipe 7 which allows the inlet side tank 3 and the outlet side tank to communicate with each other; an end plate 9 disposed on an end surface of at least one (the tank 3) of the inlet side tank 3 and the outlet side tank with which the first external pipeline or the second external pipeline is connected, the end plate 9 configured to close the end surface of the tank 3; and an elongated hole part 13 provided at the end plate 9 and into which an adapter 11 connected with the first external pipeline or the second external pipeline is inserted. Reinforcement parts 15 are provided at peripheral areas of the hole part 13 of the end plate 9 which are formed along a longitudinal direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
