Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress corrosion of a heat transfer pipe, in a heat exchanger having a structure in which the heat transfer pipe penetrates a tube plate.SOLUTION: A heat exchanger includes a plurality of heat transfer fins 34 aligned with a predetermined interval, and a plurality of heat transfer pipes 31 penetrating the heat transfer fin 34. A pair of tube plates 41 is provided at both end parts of the heat transfer pipes 31, and has an open hole 41a through which each heat transfer pipe 31 penetrates. Each tube plate 41 comprises anticorrosive material and is made into a non-coated state, and at least a part of the heat transfer pipe 31 closely contacts with the whole circumference of the open hole 41a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
