Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger capable of reducing manufacturing man-hour.SOLUTION: A header tank 2 of a heat exchanger includes first and second tank members 16, 17, a partitioning member 18, and an end member 21. Projections 26, 27 are disposed on upper and lower both side edge portions 18a, 18b of the partitioning member 18, and through holes 23, 25 to which the projections 26, 27 are fitted, are formed on both tank members 16, 17. A first end edge 26a of the first projection 26 of the lower edge portion 18a of the partitioning member 18 and a third end edge 27a of the second projection 27 of the upper edge portion 18b have an acute angle to both side edge portions 18a, 18b. The first projection 26 is fitted into the first through hole 23 of the first tank member 16, and the first end edge 26a of the first projection 26 is engaged with the first end edge 23a of the first through hole 23. The second projection 27 is fitted into the second through hole 25 of the second tank member 17, and the third end edge 27a of the second projection 27 is engaged with the third end edge 25a of the second through hole 25. Both end members are provided with inhibition portions for inhibiting movement to both tank members 16, 17, of the partitioning member 18.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
