Abstract:
To provide a heat exchanger capable of sufficiently delaying growth of frost.SOLUTION: A heat exchanger includes a heat transfer part 20 which is constituted so as to exchange heat between the air having predetermined humidity and a fluid whose temperature is lower than the air, and disposed so as to at least come into contact with the air. The heat transfer part 20 includes a first layer 21 and a second layer 22 located further on the air side than the first layer 21. The second layer 22 is constituted by a polymer layer having a plurality of polymer chains 220. The roots on the first layer 21 side of a main chain 221 in the adjacent polymer chains 220 are mutually connected by having a network structure of metal oxide.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
