Abstract:
To provide a heat exchanger capable of preventing small plates from being assembled to a pipe in an erroneous manner that a corrosion-resisting layer is faced to a refrigerant collection space at a side opposite to an external space, in the heat exchanger in which a header portion of the heat exchanger constituting an air conditioning device has a cylindrical pipe, and the small plates for closing end portions, the small plates are kept into contact with the refrigerant collection space at one face, and with the outside air at the other face, and the faces kept into contact with the outside air are provided with the corrosion-resisting layers.SOLUTION: A header portion of a heat exchanger has a pipe having a first slit, and a closing portion 201 disposed on an end to close an opening at the end of the pipe. The closing portion has a first projection 203 inserted to the first slit of the pipe, a core layer, and a corrosion-resisting layer stacked on the core layer and faced to an external space at a side opposite to a refrigerant collection space of the header portion. The first projection is formed so that the closing portion is asymmetric in a plane view, and the first projection cannot be inserted to the first slit in a state that the corrosion-resisting layer is faced to the refrigerant collection space.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 13
