Abstract:
To provide a heat exchanger that can be efficiently and simply manufactured.SOLUTION: A heat exchanger is equipped with an external capsule 1 that has vertical direction both end edge portions as for-and-aft side portions 11a and 11b, and has lateral direction both end edge portions as both side portions 11c, an inner fin 2 being provided in the inside of the external capsule 1 and having recessed/projecting portions 25 and 26, and an inlet and an outlet for enabling a heat exchange medium to flow in/out to/from the inside of the external capsule 1. The external capsule 1 is composed of an external capsule laminate material L1 provided with a resinous thermal fusion layer 52 on an inner surface side of a metallic heat transfer layer 51. The inner fin 2 is composed of an inner core laminate material L2 provided with resinous thermal fusion layers 62 on both surface sides of a metallic heat transfer layer 61. The inlet and the outlet are aligned in a lateral direction near a front side portion in the external capsule 1, and the heat exchange medium flowing into the external capsule from the inlet flows out from the outlet through an inner fin installing portion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
