Abstract:
To suppress blockage of a flow passage of a refrigerant.SOLUTION: A heat exchanger includes: a heat transfer pipe which includes a flow passage for a refrigerant and whose cross section is flat; and a header connected to a tip of the heat transfer pipe. The header includes: a first plate-like member in which a through-hole is formed where the heat transfer pipe penetrates; a second plate-like member joined with the first plate-like member; and a space which is formed between the first plate-like member and the second plate-like member. The second plate-like member includes an inner wall surface which faces the through-hole via the space, and which has a shape where a distance with an end surface changes along the shorter direction of the end surface of the heat transfer pipe penetrating the through-hole. The heat transfer pipe allows one end in the shorter direction of the end surface to come into contact with the inner wall surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
