Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a heat exchanger capable of brazing integrally with a low cost without using any jig.
CONSTITUTION: Inserts 4 are arranged at the outside of fins 3 positioned at the uppermost stage and the lowermost stage of a core while the inserts are provided with projections 4b at both ends of the same. Both ends of respective tubes 2, laminated together with the fins 3, are supported by sheet metalls 5 while both ends of the sheet metals 5 are abutted against the projections 4b of the inserts 4 upon assembling the core whereby the positioning of the sheet metals can be effected.
