PURPOSE: To simplify the constitution of the whole of a device by a method wherein an inner tube, forming working fluid passages, a gas and liquid separating unit and a liquid receiving unit are formed between a tubular heat receiving unit having heat transfer fins and a heating unit while an outer tube, sealing the heating unit concentrically, is equipped.
CONSTITUTION: A cylindrical heat receiving unit 1, provided with the flow passage of combustion gas 3, formed at the inside thereof, and heat transfer fins 2, is fitted forcibly into a cylindrical heating unit 4, provided with other heat transfer fins 5 at the outside of a passage for passing operating fluid 9. An inner tube 7, having an operating fluid supplying hole 12 at the lower part thereof, covers the outer peripheral parts of the fins 5 concentrically so as to form flow passages 6 between the heating unit 4. In this case, the heat of the combustion gas 3 is transferred from the heat receiving unit 1 to the heating unit 4 and the operating fluid 9 is separated into two phases of gas and liquid in the flow passages 6 while gas is taken out of a discharging pipe 13. Techniques and devices, which are accompanied by tube expanding work, independent installation of a gas and liquid separater 7 at the outside of a heat exchanger and the like are not necessitated and the constitution of the whole of a system can be simplified.
