PURPOSE: To obtain an optical disk apparatus wherein its seek operation and its tracking operation can be stabilized.

CONSTITUTION: A CPU 68 reads out, via an A/D conversion circuit 65, offset values in individual regions when an optical head 13 is moved in all track regions from the inner circumference up to the outer circumference of an optical disk 11. The values are used as correction data in each region and stored in a memory 69. On the other hand, in a track seek operation and a tracking operation, the correction data corresponding to a position of the optical head 13 is read out from the memory 69, and the center of a track difference signal is corrected in every region by using the correction data.
