PURPOSE: To obtain the heat exchanger capable of regulating the distributed conditions and the flow amounts of respective fluids in the blow-off ports thereof by arranging a plurality of regulating vanes, which are pivotable respectively, at the blow-off ports of primary and secondary fluid.
CONSTITUTION: A plurality of regulating vanes 14, provided respectively from the inside central section to the outside section of blow-off ports, is arranged in respective fore blow-off ports (a1), (b1) of the primary fluid M and the secondary fluid N in the heat exchanger HE. In a condition that the regulating vanes 14 near the central section are blockaded respectively, the flowing fluid is collected to a part near a control body 10 high in heat exchanging efficiency and mixing of both fluids near the central section of respective blow-off ports is prevented. The blow-off flow amounts of respective fluids can be regulated by pivoting respective regulating vanes and positioning them at desired angles. Thus, not only the distributed condition of respective fluids in the fore blow-off ports may be regulated so as to cope with desired conditions but also the regulation of suction flow amounts of respective fluids may be regulated at respective blow-off ports in accordance with the desired amounts thereof.
