Abstract:
PURPOSE: To make a heat exchanger known as a Ljungstrom type heat exchanger improvable.
CONSTITUTION: A bottom sector plate is formed with a flat plate material 41 and welded to sector plate ribs 45 which extends in the two longitudinal directions, and the ribs extend from the sector plate in the direction of separation from a rotor. Support structure ribs 47 are welded directly to a frame 34 between the support structure rib 47 and the sector plate 45.
