PURPOSE: To obtain the highly efficient heat exchanging device by a method wherein a plurality of layers of moisture non-permeable first and second elements are piled circumferentially through bulkheads to form a cylindrical heat exchanger in which primary and secondary airflows are flowed alternately through respective layers while the cylindrical heat exchanger is rotated.
CONSTITUTION: The first element 1 and the second element 2 are laminated alternately to form the cylindrical heat exchanger 6. The elements 1, 2 are constituted of moisture non-permeable partitioning plates 3, end surface spacing plates 4 for preventing the primary airflow A and the secondary airflow B from being mixed and spacing plates 5 for flowing the airflows through the paths in the elements 1, 2 uniformly. Heat exchange between the primary airflow A and the secondary airflow B are effected through the partitioning plate 3 between the elements 1, 2 in the same type heat exchange as so-called static permeation type. On the other hand, the heat exchanger 6 is being rotated and the primary airflow A and the secondary airflow B repeat interchanging alternately in the first element 1 and the second element 2, therefore, the heat exchange same as heat accumulating and rotating type may be effected.
