Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanging liquid adjustment method for a vaporizer capable of accurately suppressing a variation in vaporization performance, and a water level measuring unit.SOLUTION: A heat exchanging liquid adjustment method for a vaporizer X1 is provided. The vaporizer comprises: a plurality of vaporizing tube panels 2a, 2b having a plurality of vaporizing tubes 21 arranged side-by-side; and a plurality of troughs 3a, 3b, 3c having a trough main body 31 arranged along each of the vaporizing tubes 2a, 2b and a trough edge 32 extending from one end of the trough main body 31 toward the vaporizing tube panels 2a, 2b. The heat exchanging liquid adjustment method comprises: a measuring step for measuring a water level of sea water flowing on the trough edge 32 at predetermined locations 33 to 35 of each of the troughs 3a, 3b and 3c; a comparing step for comparing the water levels at the predetermined locations 33 to 35 measured at the measuring step; and an adjusting step for adjusting a flow rate of the sea water for each of the troughs 3a, 3b, 3c to restrict a difference between the water levels in a predetermined range when the difference is out of the predetermined range at the comparing step.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
