PURPOSE: To prevent the corrosion of the heat exchanger and to make it possible to carry out a stable heat exchange without being hindered in ventilation of a gaseous flow by inclining the gas feed side surface and the gas exhaust side surface sectioned by means of a porous material with respect to a horizontal surface at predetermined angles.
CONSTITUTION: A gas feed space 4 and a gas exhaust space 5 are sectioned by means of a porous material 6 having a planar shape and a predetermined thickness. This porous material 6 is provided within a case 3 by inclining at a predetermined angle with respect to the horizontal surface. By the construction described above, dew condensate (a) condensed on a heat transfer path structure 13 existing on the gas exhaust side surface or the side of an exhaust air space 5 flows to an exhaust part 14 provided at the lower part of the exhaust space 5 or falls in drips thereon and is thus exhausted. For this reason, the dew condensate is stagnant in the tube for heat exchange and any trouble of generating the corrosion is prevented and ventilation of a gaseous flow is not hindered.
