To provide a heat exchanging pile which has a limited size, secures a maximum soil space, i.e. a heat exchanging range by forming a minimum excavated groove and exerting best workability, and opens the pile with heat exchanging blades each having a heating medium circuit built therein, during driving of the pile, to thereby expand a contact area with earth.
The heat exchanging pipe has a pipe pile 1 and a second pipe pile 2 slidable along the pipe pile 1. Arrow-feather-shaped heat exchanging blades 3 attached to the tips of the pipe piles, have a mechanism radially openable/closable by arms 4, and they are inserted into a core hole in the ground in a folded position. Thus by squeezing and drawing back the pipe piles 1, 2 on the ground, the pipe piles are slidably expanded/contracted, and therefore the heat exchanging blades 3 are widely expanded in the ground. Further, flexible pipes in which a heating medium circulates are arranged in hollow portions of the respective members, and thus efficient heat exchange is achieved.
