Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat flow type sensor module with which it is possible to detect at least one of an electromotive voltage that corresponds to a heat flux passing through front/back and an electromotive voltage that corresponds to a load fluctuation.SOLUTION: A heat flow type sensor module 1 comprises a first heat flux sensor 20, a second heat flux sensor 30, and a control unit 56 for extracting at least one of an electromotive voltage that corresponds to a heat flux passing through front/back and an electromotive voltage that corresponds to a load fluctuation on the basis of a first sensor output and a second sensor output. The first heat flux sensor 20 outputs the electromotive voltage that corresponds to a heat flux passing through front/back and the electromotive voltage that corresponds to a load fluctuation as a first sensor output. The second heat flux sensor 30 outputs the electromotive voltage that corresponds to a heat flux passing through front/back and the electromotive voltage that corresponds to a load fluctuation as a second sensor output. The heat flux sensors 20, 30 are laminated in such a way that the electromotive voltages that correspond to a heat flux are output in reverse polarity and the electromotive voltages that correspond to a load fluctuation are output in same polarity.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
