Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat flux sensor which can reduce the influence of the recesses of the body part on measurement of a heat flux.SOLUTION: A heat flux sensor 10 includes: a body part 20 with a first surface 201 for detecting a heat flux; and a filling member 30. A first surface 201 has a concavo-convex shape with recesses 203 and protrusions 204, the recesses 203 being filled with the filling member 30, and the surface of the filling member 30 forming a part of the outermost surface 101 of the heat flux sensor 10. The degree of flatness of the outermost surface 101 of the heat flux sensor 10 is higher than that of the first surface 201 of the body part 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
