Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize the influence of flux change on the output of a heat flux sensor.SOLUTION: A first conductor part 30a is formed in a first region A1 of an insulation base material 12, and a second conductor part 30b is formed in a second region A2 of the insulation base material 12. Each of the first conductor part 30a and the second conductor part 30b includes a structure having a first thermoelectric member 14 and second thermoelectric member 16 alternately connected in series by a plurality of first conductive patterns 18 and a plurality of second conductive patterns 20. The shape of each of the first conductor part 30a and the second conductor part 30b is spiral when viewed from the thickness direction of the insulation base material 12. When a magnetic flux passing in the thickness direction of the insulation base material 12 uniformly changes in a region R1 surrounded by the first conductor part 30a and a region R2 surrounded by the second conductor part 30b, the first conductor part 30a and the second conductor part 30b are connected in series in the state that the polarities of induced electromotive forces occurring in the first conductor part 30a and the second conductor part 30b, respectively, are reverse.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
