Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide thermosetting polyurethane which has high gel fraction and has good transparency.SOLUTION: Thermosetting polyurethane contains polyol (A) and polyisocyanate (B) as constituent components. The polyol (A) contains a polyol compound (a) having the following specific terminal group. The polyol compound (a) contains at least two kinds of repeating units represented by formula (1), has terminal groups having hydroxy groups derived from diol on both ends, where a ratio of diol represented by formula (2) in diol forming the terminal group is at least 1.0%, a ratio of the diol represented by formula (2) to diol represented by formula (3) in the diol forming the terminal group is 3.5-10.5, and Ris a divalent linear aliphatic hydrocarbon group having 5 carbon atoms. In formula (1), Ris each independently C2-C12 divalent aliphatic hydrocarbon group; and Ris C1-C9 aliphatic hydrocarbon group.SELECTED DRAWING: None
