Title:
HEAT INCREMENT AMOUNT CALCULATION DEVICE FOR WELDING ROBOT
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2016131993
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a feed motor or the like of a welding robot receives damage by welding continuous for a long time.SOLUTION: A heat increment amount calculation device 1 for a welding robot comprises a corresponding information memory part 11 that stores corresponding information for mapping a welding condition with a heat increment amount per unit time related with constituents of the welding robot, an allowable heat increment amount memory part 12 that stores an allowable heat increment amount, a teaching information memory part 13 that stores teaching information, a heat increment amount calculation part 16 that uses corresponding information to calculate heat increment amounts of constituents corresponding to welding conditions included in teaching information, a judgment part 17 that judges whether a calculated heat increment amount exceeds an allowable heat increment amount, and an output part 18 that outputs according to judgment results. The teaching information can be turned teaching information which gives no damage to the feed motor or the like by being revised according to the judgment results. As a result, welding interruption can be avoided, so that productivity can be improved.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
