To provide a heat-insulated capillary welding extension regarding a remote seal assembly.
The remote seal assembly 300 includes a seal body 302 and an extension 304. The seal body 302 limits a cavity 312 by a diaphragm 308, and seals the cavity 312 from a process fluid 322. The extension 304 is connected to the seal body 302 at the first end, and is connected to a capillary tube 342 at the second end. The extension 304 is extended from the first end to the second one, and limits a hole 324 fluidly connected to the cavity 312. Length L in the extension 304 is determined while being related to the temperature of the second terminal of the extension 304 so that the temperature of the second end of the extension 304 becomes the gas discharge temperature or smaller of a material used for connecting the extension 304 to the capillary tube 342.
