Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make cooking materials in an inner pot of a heat insulated cooker easily visible and taken out while temperature of the inner pot and the cooking materials is moderately held for a long period of time.
SOLUTION: The heat insulated cooker 1 is made up of a heat insulating container 2 with an opened top part, the inner pot 3 made of porcelain housed in the heat insulating container 2 and a pot lid 4 to be put on the upper opening of the inner pot 3. Step parts 2c, 2d and 3b are arranged circularly on the heating container 2 and the upper opening of the inner pot 3 separately and the step parts 2c and 2d of the heat insulating container 2 are provided with an airtight member 6 for supporting the step part 3b of the inner pot 3. The airtight member 6 is made up of a rigid body 7 for retaining the shape and a heat-resistant circular elastomer 8. A first lip part 8d being brought into circumferential contact with the outer wall of the inner pot 3 is extendedly arranged on the circular elastomer 8.
