Title:
HEAT-INSULATED PIPE FOR FLUID TRANSFER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2010181032
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide an inexpensive heat-insulated pipe for fluid transfer which can easily perform terminal treatment of a signal line while eliminating the risk of disconnection of the signal line, and is excellent in durability.

The heat-insulated pipe for hot water transfer is formed by an outer pipe 2, two inner pipes 3, and a plurality of signal lines 4. The outer pipe 2 is formed by a pair of inner and outer heat-insulating coated pipes 11 and 12, and the two inner pipes 3 are housed in an internal space E of the outer pipe 2. A line housing space S is provided between two layers of the coated pipes 11 and 12, and the signal lines 4 are disposed therein. The inner pipe 3 disposed in the internal space E of the outer pipe 2 is isolated from the signal lines 4 by the coated pipe 11 positioned inside the signal lines 4. This isolation can resolve various troubles resulting from contact of the signal lines 4 with the inner pipe 3.
