Abstract:
To provide a coating material composition which solves the difficulty in controlling the expansion ratio when the composition comprising a blowing agent is used to form a heat insulating barrier having cells with a predetermined size and density.
The heat insulating barrier-forming coating material composition comprises 100 pts. mass binder resin, 10-120 pts. mass follow particles, and 50-5,000 pts. mass solvent or dispersing agent and, if necessary, 5-50 pts. mass thickening agent.
