Title:
HEAT INSULATING BOX BODY
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3707657
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To positively prevent infiltration of water, oil, dust, and insets to the interior of a chamber and to always keep the chamber in a sanitary state by a method, wherein a front panel is assembled at a box body through fit-in structure and a gap is hardly provided between the box body and the front panel.
SOLUTION: An upper protrusion part 32a is arranged in a protruding state on an ice storage chamber 32, and a front protrusion part 32b is protruded from a front. A stepped part 39 is protruded from the upper surface of a front panel 25. Recessed parts 46 and 46 containing the front protrusions 32b and 32b formed at an ice storage chamber 32 are formed in the rear surface of the front panel 25, and the containing recessed part and the front protrusion are fitted in each other in such a manner as to cover the front protrusion part 32b with the containing recessed part 46. A reinforcing rib 50 is integrally formed at the whole outer peripheral edge of the under surface side of a top plate 27. With a top plate 27 mounted on the box body, the front part of the reinforcing rib 50 is fitted in the stepped part of the front panel in such a manner so as to cover the stepped part 39 of the front panel 25 with the front part of the reinforcing rib 50 and the two sides of the reinforcing rib 50 are fitted in the upper protrusion part of the ice storage chamber, so as to cover the upper protrusion part 32a of the ice storage chamber 32 therewith.
