Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an upper face of a table flat by receiving an inner lid in a lid below an extension table sliding or rotating with respect to the lid to extend and inverting the inner lid upside down with the extension table extending.
SOLUTION: An extension table 5 which is slidable with respect to a lid 4 and extends to both sides is provided on an upper face of a lid 4 closing an upper part of a body so that it can be freely opened/closed. An inner lid 9 received in the lid 4 below the extension table 5 is a shallow-dish-like box with a picking rib 9' formed at the center of a bottom. A protrusion 10 is made to protrude on an outer side at a rim of an upper opening of the inner lid 9 to receive a hanging support on a lower inner rim 11 of a recess 7 of both side members 6. While the extension table 5 is extending to the maximum from the lid 4, the inner lid 9 is taken out of the lid 4 with the rib 9' held, and it is inverted upside down to be received again in the lid 4, thereby forming a continuous flat and large table face of the inner lid 9 and the extension table 5.
