PURPOSE: To construct a heat-insulating case which can be simply dismantled and whose waste disposal can be easily done.

CONSTITUTION: An outer casing 22 of a heat-insulating case is assembled by fitting metal plates 22a, 22b, 22c formed with a bimetal to one another. When the heat-insulating case is discarded, the outer casing is heated with a gas burner and the like, whereby the metal plates 22a, 22b, 22c are bent outward and they can be naturally separated from a heat-insulating material 33. Thus, an inner casing 30, the heat-insulating material 33 and the outer casing 22 can be easily removed, and the dismantling and disposal work of the heat-insulating case becomes efficient.
