PURPOSE: To enhance the heat insulating effect of bodily temp. by molding a composition prepared by arbitrarily adding a fire retardant to a material based on natural or synthetic rubber and a synthetic resin into a closed cell body and bonding fire-retardant cloth to one surface of said closed cell body and bonding cloth to which a metal ion having reflecting capacity is applied by vapor deposition to the other surface thereof.

CONSTITUTION: A composition prepared by arbitrarily adding 10-80 pts.wt. of aluminum hydroxide or aluminum oxide to a material based on natural or synthetic rubber and a synthetic resin as a fire retardant is molded into a closed cell body and fire-retardant cloth is bonded to one surface of said closed cell body and cloth to which a 18.8 stainless ion, a metal titanium ion or a metal copper ion is applied in a particle size of about 0.03-0.04μm as a metal ion having reflecting capacity by vapor deposition is bonded to the other surface thereof.
