Abstract:
To provide a method of manufacturing a heat insulating composition arranged mainly on a floor of ship, and a method of constructing a heat insulating structure.
The heat insulation composition contains cement having 0.2-1.0 g/cm3density, an admixture having 0.01-0.2 g/cm3density, hollow aggregate having water absorbing property and 0.3-0.6 g/cm3density and a reinforcing material having 0.001-0.05 g/cm3density, wherein the hollow aggregate having water absorbing property and containing the admixture and water to have 0.001-0.04 g/cm3density is contained by 55-90% by volume. The heat insulation composition contains cement having 0.45-0.9 g/cm3density, an admixture having 0.05-0.2 g/cm3density, hollow aggregate having no water absorbing property and 0.005-0.02 g/cm3density and a reinforcing material having 0.001-0.05 g/cm3density, wherein the hollow aggregate having no water absorbing property and containing the admixture and water to have 0.001-0.04 g/cm3density is contained by 30-60% by volume.
