PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily take an inner vessel in and out of an outer vessel by arranging a pair of locking bodies to lock and suspend the inner vessel in the outer vessel having a heat insulating structure in a condition of being suspended in the air in left and right upper parts of the inner vessel, on the one hand, and arranging locking receiving parts to lock these locking bodies on the left and right of an inside surface upper part of the outer vessel.
SOLUTION: An outdoor heat insulating cooking appliance such as being used outdoors has an outer vessel 2 having a heat insulating structure having an outer cover 1 and an inner vessel 4 having an inner cover 3. A pair of locking bodies 5 which lock and suspend the inner vessel 4 in the outer vessel 2 in a condition of being suspended in the air and project upward from the upper edge of the inner vessel 4 and do not project to the outside of the outer vessel 2, are arranged in left and right upper parts of this inner vessel 4, and locking receiving parts 6 are arranged to receive these locking bodies 5. Base parts 7' of two grip parts 7 which takes the inner vessel 4 in and out of the outer vessel 2 and can freely rise up and fall down and do not project outside from the outer vessel 2, are pivotally fixed to projecting parts 5' of these locking bodies 5, and these grip parts 7 are arranged so as not to come into contact with the inner vessel 4 and the inner cover 3 at falling-down time.
