Abstract:
To provide a superb heat insulating cover material for a molten metal, which facilitates recycling of ceramic industry waste, stable supply in a big volume without cost increase and operation without deterioration in working environment, and its manufacturing method as well as slag obtained by applying the cover material to the molten metal.
The heat insulating cover material is obtained by crashing, adjusting and baking the ceramic industry waste.
