To provide a polyphenylene sulfide fiber mix-knitted liner, excellent in fastness against light such as ultraviolet light without prohibiting the characteristics peculiar to the polyphenylene sulfide fiber, not exhibiting color change even by using in outdoors, capable of being dyed in a deep color, and further excellent in heat insulating property.

This heat insulating liner contains at least ≥1 kind of fiber selected from the polyphenylene sulfide fiber, cotton fiber, wool, a polyacrylonitrile fiber, a polyester fiber and a polyamide fiber, and is constituted by a cloth exhibiting the first class in light fastness against ultraviolet light carbon arc lamp light measured according to the JIS L-0842.
