Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a heat insulating material for an automatic vending machine of which the wasteful part is reduced and the discarding part is slight.
SOLUTION: A heat insulating material is constituted of sheet materials 2, 3 of kraft paper and a foamed resin 5. The lower sheet material 2 has a planar surface part 9 and both ends thereof are vertically raised to be formed into rising parts 7 and the end parts of the rising parts are inwardly bent at a right angle to be formed into folded-back parts 8 and the cross-sectional shape of both end parts is almost formed into a 'C' shape. The upper sheet material 3 is planar and arranged inside the folded-back parts 8 of the lower sheet material 2. As the foamed resin 5, concretely, a urethane resin is used and a waste material 6 of the urethane resin is mixed.
