Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat insulating member or the like excellent in heat insulating performance at low cost.SOLUTION: A heat insulating member 1 is constituted by an outer sheath 3, and a core material 5, or the like. The core material 5 is disposed in the outer sheath 3. The inside of the outer sheath 3 is decompressed. The core material 5 is constituted by a resin foam body 7. The resin foam body 7 is a member in which a plurality of resin foam particles 7a are collected and unified. A minute gap is formed between the resin foam particles 7a. The gap between the resin foam particles 7a is decompressed by decompression in the outer sheath 3. A large number of closed cells 9 are formed in the resin foam particle 7a. In the present invention, the inside of the closed cell 9 is decompressed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
