PURPOSE: To prevent the infiltration of rainwater into a building positively, and to enable mounting execution to a roof backing material by a small number of parts by ensuring the watertightness of the fitting sections of a fitting recessed section and a fitting projecting section.
CONSTITUTION: The upper section 9a of a fitting projecting section 9 and the upper section 10a of a fitting recessed section 10 are projected to sections upper than the external surfaces of panel bodies 5 respectively, a gutter section 13 placed on the underside side of the fitting projecting section 9 of the adjacent panel body 5 and communicating with a clearance 14 between the fitting projecting section 9 and the fitting recessed section 10 is formed to the lower section of the fitting recessed section 10, and a placing section 17, on which the fitting projecting section 9 is placed, is formed on the outside B of the gutter section 13, thus constituting heat-insulating roof panels 1. The fitting projecting section 9 of the other heat-insulating roof panel 1 is fitted into the fitting recessed section 10 of adjacent one heat-insulating roof panel 1. A packing 15 is interposed in the clearance 14 between the fitting projecting section 9 and the fitting recessed section 10.
