Title:
HEAT-INSULATING STRUCTURE FOR BUILDING
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2688880
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PURPOSE: To make curing of rail members unnecessary, and to reduce the number of processes in execution of heat-insulating works while facilitating execution of works by a method wherein an adhesion layer for sticking to internal wall surface of a building is provided to one side of the rail member, and a separating layer for separating a adherent heat-insulating layer is provided to the other side of the rail member.
CONSTITUTION: A rail member 8 is prepared with an adhesion layer 10 provided to its one side 8a and a separating layer 12 provided to the other side 8b thereof. The side 8a is attached with its adhesion layer 10 stuck to the internal wall surface of a building frame. Then, liquid foam is sprayed with a foaming machine to the internal wall surface of the building frame. The foam is stuck by self-adherence and becomes foamy instantaneously, and a heat-insulating layer in the thickness smaller than the thickness C of the rail member 8 is formed after hardening. The heat-insulating layer is also formed to the other side 8b of the rail member 8, and the heat-insulating layer is easily removable by virtue of the separating layer 12 provided to the other side 8b. Interior material is installed to the other side 8b of the rail member 8.
