Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent the generation of dew condensation positively by utilizing the advantage of simplicity on the execution of work and the security of simple fire resistance in a framework construction method, adopting an external heat-insulating system, installing an internal permeable layer and an external permeable layer on both sides of a heat-insulating material while holding the heat-insulating material and mutually communicating with the internal permeable layer on the outside of a wall framework and the internal permeable layer on the outside of a roof framework.
CONSTITUTION: Internal permeable layers 52a, 52b are mounted by disposing heat- insulating materials 51a, 51b in tension in the surface direction while interposing first spacers 50a, 50b for ventilation on the outsides of boards 31, 46 set up on the outdoor sides of a wall framework 24 and a roof framework 25 and external permeable layers 56a, 56b by arranging facing materials 55a, 55b in tension in the surface direction while interposing second spacers 54a, 54b for ventilation on the outsides of the heat- insulating materials. A ventilating hole 46a mutually communicating with the internal permeable layer 56a, 56b set up outside both frameworks 24, 25 respectively is formed to the board 46 of the roof framework 25.
