Abstract:
To provide a structure and a manufacturing method for a glass heat insulation container that are capable of inhibiting a non-plated part from being generated on an outer surface of an inner bottle.SOLUTION: A heat insulation container 20 includes: a glass outer bottle 21 and inner bottle 22; a plated layer 25 covering an inner surface of the outer bottle 21 and an outer surface of the inner bottle 22; and a plurality of mat materials 26. Both upper parts of the outer bottle 21 and the inner bottle 22 are joined to form a vacuum double structure. The plurality of mat materials 26 are interposed between the outer bottle 21 and the inner bottle 22. The mat materials 26 are bonded on the inner surface of the outer bottle 21. Accordingly, an adhesive material 27 is interposed between the outer surface of the inner bottle 22 and the mat materials 26. Thereby, a non-plated part caused by the adhesive material 27 can be inhibited from being generated on the outer surface of the inner bottle 22.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
