Abstract:
To provide a device and a method for preventing a change of a temperature of a substance in a pipe and/or vessel.SOLUTION: In a heat insulation device and a heat insulation method of a pipe and/or a vessel, the pipe and/or the vessel are covered with the heat insulation device having a structure which has a sealed and double-structured space, and in which a hollow and long-length substance is spirally wound as a support material for maintaining the double-structure. The heat insulation device has a function which can prevent a change of a temperature of a construction and/or the substance in an element constituting the construction by setting the pressure of the sealed space between the construction and the pipe and/or the vessel to a value equal to or lower than 1 Pa.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
