Title:
HEAT INSULATION LAYER FORMATION METHOD AND HEAT INSULATION LAYER FORMATION APPARATUS
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2016029292
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a heat insulation layer in which hollow particles 12 are regularly, tightly packed.SOLUTION: A heat insulation layer formation apparatus includes: a step A of causing an attraction member 21 including a particle adsorption surface 25 in which a plurality of evacuation suction ports adsorbing hollow particles 12 is regularly arranged to adsorb the hollow particles 12; a step B of coating a binder 13 onto each adsorbed hollow particle 12; and a step C of desorbing the hollow particles 12 by which the binder 13 is coated from the particle adsorption surface 25 by canceling evacuation, and causing the hollow particles 12 to adhere onto a base material 1. A cycle for executing the steps A, B, and C in order is repeated a plurality of times, thereby forming a heat insulation layer on which many hollow particles 12 are stacked via the binder 13.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
