To provide a heat insulation panel which forms a bearing wall with high heat insulation properties.

The heat insulation panel is made up of a panel 4 which consists of a front plate 1, a rear plate 2, and a core 3 filled between the plates, and framing members 5 each formed of a metal plate and bonded to the rear plate 2 of the panel 4 in one body. By virtue of the core 3 of the panel 4, the heat insulation properties of the panel 4 is ensured. If the framing members are bonded and fixed to the panel 4 in the factory beforehand, application of an adhesive and hardening of the same at the job site are dispensed with, and therefore working hours and a workload at the job site are reduced.
