Abstract:

To provide a heat insulation paper container and a manufacturing method therefor in which a cup original paper to constitute the paper container is affixed to a container having a blowing agent and a print ink layer to form the paper container (a paper cup), and a heat insulation layer of high heat insulation effect on a side surface of a barrel portion by the blowing agent is obtained by heating the paper container.

The paper container is formed of a laminate paper with a surface of a paper cup original paper having a sealant layer on one side and a face side of a foaming paper having a blowing agent layer on a face of a base paper of woodfree paper and a print ink layer to constitute a pattern or the like in an area of the face of the blowing agent layer affixed to each other via adhesive. This paper container is placed in an oven or the like, and heated at the temperature of 130-170°C for about 30-60 seconds to form a heat insulation layer by the foaming agent on a side of a barrel portion of the container. The heat insulation paper container of high heat effect and strong container rigidity is obtained thereby.
