Abstract:
To provide a heat insulation wall structure for a heating furnace for preventing the large decentering of a bellows.SOLUTION: This heat insulation wall structure for a heating furnace comprises: an outer cylinder 2; an inner cylinder 3 arranged inside the outer cylinder 2; a decompressed space between the outer cylinder 2 and the inner cylinder 3; and a fan 81 for agitating a gas in an accommodation space surrounded by the inner cylinder 3. A penetration hole 22 formed at the outer cylinder 2 and a penetration hole 32 formed at the inner cylinder 3 are connected to each other via a bellows 52, and a rotating shaft 82 of the fan 81 is inserted into the bellows 52. An outer cylinder protrusion 23 which protrudes toward the inner cylinder 3 from the outer cylinder 2, and separates from the inner cylinder 3, and an inner cylinder protrusion 33 which protrudes toward the outer cylinder 2 from the inner cylinder 3, and separates from the outer cylinder 2 are formed outside the bellows 52, either of the outer cylinder protrusion 23 and the inner cylinder protrusion 33 is arranged so as to surround the other, the outer cylinder protrusion 23 and the inner cylinder protrusion 33 abut on each other when the inner cylinder 3 is displaced to a direction in which the bellows 52 is decentered, and the displacement of the inner cylinder 3 is regulated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
