An anodized film or a formation film 2 is formed on the surface of aluminum or an aluminum alloy 1 constituting an aluminum face plate, the upper section of the film 2 is coated with solar-heat shield paints 3 in a film thickness as thick as 10 to 50 μm, and the upper section of the paints 3 is coated with a low contamination clear coating 4 in the film thickness as thick as 5 to 20 μm.
